Amended and Restated Declaration

It has been a long road, but we are finally nearing the end of the journey.

Ballots to vote on the Amended and Restated Declarations were mailed on April 22, 2025, to all member households. The cover letter for the voting ballot is full of information. Please take the time to review the voting materials.

All members of The Willows POA are valued and your vote is IMPORTANT.

Gate at Claw Foot Trail

The "Back" Gate will soon have a combination lock installed so all members can access Claw Foot Trail in the event of an emergency. The April newsletter will be emailed soon notifying members of the combination. Should you happen to forget the combination, Log In/Sign Up to access the Member Info page and the combination can be found under Everything Gate.

Oh No!

The cold can play havoc with our water pipes. During the winter months, temperatures plummet down to single digits and lower. Homeowners, if you are going to be absent from your home for an extended period of time, turn off the water to your house. A burst pipe can cause considerable damage.

 

Even though we are now moving into warmer weather, it would still be a good idea to turn the water off if you are not going to be home enjoying the beauty of the mountains.

 

Board of Directors Meeting

The next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for June 18, 2025. All Members are welcome to attend. If interested, register on the Events page to let us know you will be attending and/or use the registration form to let the Board what is on your mind if you have something you would like to discuss.

Gate Codes

New Gate Keypad Codes: A new keypad code has been assigned for members only and is now in effect. The old code EXPIRED FEBRUARY 28, 2025. Gate remotes do not need to be changed. They will work with the new code.

 

New Feature: A gate keypad code has been added to be utilized by anyone temporarily accessing The Willows. Please provide this code to visitors, contract workers, short term renters, etc.

Open Officer Position

The Board is currently looking for someone to fill the vacant Secretary position. The Willows POA operates entirely with volunteers. If interested, contact the Board of Directors at thewillowspoa@gmail.com.

In October, the Members will be voting on two Director positions. Being involved in maintaining the beauty of our Association can be very gratifying.
